Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Oversee facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, and repairs on equipment;
Perform general facilities maintenance (filter changes, minor plumbing issues, light replacement, addressing safety hazards, minor electrical work, general carpentry, lawn care);
Perform equipment preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting;
Maintain schedules for facilities and equipment;
High School Diploma required;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Proficiency with handheld power tools; read manuals/technical drawings; ability to lift 40 lbs; forklift experience a plus
