Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Food Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our Swedesboro food production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, leading a maintenance team, and supporting continuous improvement to keep production running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on food production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food industry regulations.
- Partner with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance scheduling.
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility improvements.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure technical skill development and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food production equipment, safety standards, and GMPs.
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
