Job Summary
Full-time 2:30pm-11:00pm Tuesday-Saturday
Keeps community in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Porter Services- Sweeps mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
- Empties residents' trash and garbage containers.
- Replaces air conditioner filters.
- Notifies management concerning need for major repairs.
- Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk.
- Other duties as assigned.
