Ohio Living Home Health - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and finishing maintenance on facilities and grounds;
Service HVAC equipment via preventative maintenance schedules and cycles;
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, pumps, motors, electrical, plumbing systems;
Maintain clean and safe environment for residents and staff; escort vendors; assist with inventory; train staff as needed;
Provide back-up to security staff and complete reports as needed
