Covia is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Lead at its Dividing Creek, NJ location. Lead the maintenance crew in daily activities including preventative and predictive maintenance, emergency work orders, and shutdowns.
Work under the maintenance supervisor and, in their absence, direct the crew and respond to operations. You will ensure safety compliance with MSHA CFR, manage risk, and plan tasks while maintaining equipment availability and reliability.
