The Todd Group Inc. is a family-owned landscape design-build firm known for creating timeless garden spaces, outdoor kitchens, patios, and water features. Alongside our sister company,
Peters - Todd's, a full-service tree care provider, we manage a wide range of vehicles and equipment—from trucks and trailers to loaders, lifts, and handheld tools.

We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically savvy Fleet Manager to oversee the maintenance, care, and long-term planning of our equipment and vehicle fleet. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, takes pride in a well-run operation, and values teamwork.

As our Fleet Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping our teams on the road and our jobs running smoothly by:

• Managing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles, heavy equipment, and small tools
• Creating and overseeing a preventative maintenance schedule
• Tracking equipment usage, maintenance logs, and repair needs
• Coordinating service and warranty work with authorized vendors
• Monitoring fleet registrations, licenses, and warranties
• Working closely with managers and foremen to support equipment needs
• Ordering parts and supplies, and managing vendor relationships
• Preparing budgets and equipment forecasts
• Coordinating equipment retirement, resale, and auction logistics
• Keeping the garage and work spaces clean, organized, and safe
• Supporting seasonal snow operations as needed

• 5+ years of experience managing fleets or equipment in construction, landscaping, or a related field
• Mechanical background with knowledge of trucks, trailers, and small engines
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety compliance
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Computer skills for scheduling, tracking, and recordkeeping (experience with fleet software a plus)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
