Preventative Maintenance Operator
Our client, a Medical Devices/Healthcare company, is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Operator for their Parsippany, NJ location. Responsibilities include organizing the Preventive Maintenance group, scheduling work, managing overtime, documenting PM activities, repairing vacuum systems, leak checking, process gas systems, gas cabinets, diagnosing faulty equipment safely and effectively, prioritizing health, safety, and quality, participating in personnel training, following standard operating procedures and safety procedures, and troubleshooting faulty equipment.
Requirements include good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, managing multiple priorities in a team-based environment, following safety guidelines, using power tools and light machining equipment, a positive and assertive job attitude, being self-motivated and independent, being mechanically inclined, and a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
