- Required to obtain a Black Seal Boiler Operators license within the first year of employment
- Knowledge of grounds keeping equipment and landscaping
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal alien status
$44,667 - $56,812 School Year) plus $1,500 Black Seal Stipend (upon obtaining), Saturday Maintenance Personnel shall receive an additional annual salary of four percent (4%) above their Schedule F salary, as per the Association Agreements with the Board of Education.
