Summary
The Mine Hill Township School District is seeking dependable Substitute School Custodians to help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly school environment on an as-needed basis.
Duties- Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, cafeteria, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
- Set up and break down areas for events and activities
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and restock supplies
- Follow safety procedures and district policies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required
- As needed; hours vary
- Compensation per Board of Education guidelines
