ISS Facility Management - 100 South Jefferson Road - Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections of building exterior and interior;
Perform general janitorial duties and cleaning (sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning washrooms);
Inspect and test building equipment (exit and emergency lights, roof drains, sump pumps);
Receive shipments at loading dock and organize storage areas;
Assist with custodial work, inventory, and general tasks as needed
