Aircraft Records Specialist

Position Summary:

The Aircraft Records Specialistperformsmultiple levelsofmaintenance scheduling for assigned aircraft and associatedaircraftin accordance with applicable instructions, technical orders, and commercial maintenance programs.

This role developslogisticsscheduling documents ensuring the successful accomplishment of all requirements.

The role supports Dynamic Aviation remote bases and thecorporatemaintenance officeonmultipleaircrafttypes. This role also supports digital reporting by organizing, validating, and presenting aircraft records and maintenance data for operational and leadership use.

• Manages, and coordinates maintenance program with program managers, planning, the customer and other depts to ensure on time input/return of aircraft from heavy maintenance.
• Manages, develops, and schedules in theERP systemthe inspection and work packages for major, intermediate level, and scheduled inspections
• Ensures logbook entries are completed with accuracy and efficiency and presented to quality control
• Develop operational and maintenance scheduling requirements for all assigned aircraft,and engines intoshort andlong range, quarterly, monthly,weekly,and daily plans;forecasting known requirements to meet all scheduled maintenance and inspection requirements
• Update sand coordinates daily and weekly maintenance schedules and conductsaircraftrecord reviews andmaintainsaircrafthistorical recordsin accordance with applicable instructions
• Manages, and performs configuration management;validates suspense andverifiescorrect parts are installed in the proper configuration on assigned aircraft
• Manages,tracks,andcoordinatestheairworthiness directive(AD) and service bulletin(SB) programs
• Provides technical operationswithaircraftmaintenance paperwork using MS Office suite
• Extractsaircraftdata from historicalaircraftdata to baselineaircraftmaintenancefor senior leadership
• Managesallaircraftrecordsin accordance withCFR 43.9 andrequirementsoutlined in Dynamic Aviation’s 145 Repair Station Manual sand AS9100D
• Maintains/reviews
  
  Aircraft logbooks; receives, transfers, inspects, files, and updates active and inactive historical documents for assigned aircraft
• Research life-limited parts data toestablishtimes onaircraftparts and enters the parts data into the current ERP System
• Verifies correct flying hour data is correctly accounted forandupdatedin the ERP system
• Maintains aircraft-specific technical manuals, publications and reference libraries
• Manages subscriptions and access to aviation technical publications and maintenance data systems.
• Coordinates updates and distribution of technical publications to support regulatory compliance and operational readiness
• Develops and maintains digital reports and dashboards using data from the ERP system and other approved sources to communicate aircraft maintenance status, compliance, forecasting, and records metrics.
• Extracts, organizes, validates, and reconciles aircraft records data to ensure digital reports are accurate, complete, current, and traceable to source documentation.
• Produces recurring and ad hoc digital reports for leadership and cross-functional teams; identifies trends, exceptions, overdue items, and other data requiring action.

• High school education or equivalent

• Mustpossessstrong oral and written communication skills andbecapable of working in an exceptionally dynamic maintenance scheduling environment
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with complex details and close attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
• Previous experience with and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or similar digital reporting tools is preferred.
• Ability to recognize process or equipment deviations from expected performance or output
• Ability to fully understand manufacturer’s maintenance program(s);translating to ourfleet of aircraft

• Passport or work authorization requirements to work in the U.S.

• Monday-Friday, hours are either 7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and operating office equipment
• Ability to view computer screens for extended periods, with close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Band: $16.08-$25.96 per hour. Starting pay is determined by experience,…
