Salary Range: $15.92 - $18.00 hourly

• Work with fellow employees as part of a team and helps others when they need a hand.

• Understand and use approved time‑keeping system.

• Show a positive and enthusiastic attitude with management.
• Adjust positively to requests for change from managers.
• Accept procedural changes positively and without loss of effectiveness.
• Alert management to station needs.
• Anticipate problems and bring them to management’s attention.
• Follow through with all commitments made.

Part‑time Employees (30 hours a week or less)

• Wage rate: $15.49 to $18.00.
• NJ Sick Leave: accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per benefit year.
• Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.

Full‑time Employees (32 hours a week or more)

• Wage rate: $15.49 to $19.00.
• NJ Sick Leave: accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per benefit year.
• Eligible for medical, dental and health insurance.
• Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals.
