The role includes repairs, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and ensuring timely completion of work orders while maintaining high property standards.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years as a full-charge residential maintenance technician, with two years of supervising 2-3 staff, and valid driver's license.
