• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks across the facility to maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized environment.
• Operate equipment such as cardboard balers and riding floor scrubbers to support daily cleaning routines.
• Follow established cleaning schedules, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and surface sanitation.
• Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleaning supplies, organize equipment, and ensure proper use of cleaning materials and safety signage.
• Empty trash, replenish restroom supplies, and maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation.

• At least one year of custodial, janitorial, or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between local facilities as needed.
• Basic English communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Regular lifting or handling of equipment and materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to push or pull cleaning equipment and perform repetitive motions. Required use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection. Work performed in a warehouse environment with varying conditions, and ability to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
