Job Responsibilities

Establishes and monitors the workflow for their own area.

Coordinates manpower deployment within their own and other master shops, including external companies.

Ensures timely completion of tasks.

Plans and oversees shift and vacation schedules.

Supports compliance and implementation of occupational safety topics.

Assists in identifying and resolving malfunctions.

Plans maintenance activities and malfunction resolutions.

Ensures compliance with legal and safety-related inspections.

Monitors and accepts completed services including invoice verification.

Provides consulting for the planning of renovations and new designs of complex systems.

Contributes to renovations and modernizations.

Takes over new systems and integrates them into maintenance.

Optimizes the control and operation of systems.

Assumes on-call duty.

Master/technician or equivalent vocational degree, completed training in utility technology/mechanical engineering or related fields.

Strong knowledge through several years of experience in the maintenance of machines and systems.

Experience with maintenance systems for maintenance planning (e.g., SAP-PM module).

Preferably experience with the supervision of regulated systems and corresponding inspection institutions (e.g., TÜV).

Reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility.

Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions.

Experience in commissioning and dealing with external companies.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Strong IT skills (SAP, MS Office).

Driving license class III or

B.
