We are currently looking for a Lift Coordinator to travel nationwide with our national team. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and open to relocating to Santa Teresa, NM for the initial project assignment, with a willingness to travel to future project locations. Our ideal candidate for a Lift Coordinator is someone with 5+ years of experience who is an experienced professional who demonstrates strong expertise in planning and evaluating both general and critical hoisting operations, with the ability to develop comprehensive lift plans, conduct thorough site inspections, and ensure full compliance with OSHA and industry standards.

They are a collaborative and detail-oriented team player who effectively coordinates with internal teams and contractors while leveraging crane software and maintaining accurate documentation to support safe, efficient project execution.

Primary responsibilities for icon's Lift Coordinator include:

  • Review and assess general and critical hoisting operations for safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Icon Craft and management teams to plan and execute project lifts.
  • Develop detailed and comprehensive lift plans in accordance with project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to evaluate lift conditions, including ground stability, overhead hazards, and access constraints.
  • Maintain proficiency in and effectively utilize crane-related software.
  • Coordinate Icon hoisting activities with the Owner and General Contractor to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure all lift operations comply with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of lift plans, inspections, and incident reports.

Primary qualifications for icon's Lift Coordinator include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in lift planning, crane operations, or a closely related field.
  • Must be a Certified Crane Operator (CCO)
  • National Commission for the Crane Operations (NCCCO Level
    2)
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills.
  • Possesses a strong personal commitment for long-term and meaningful goals.
  • Ability to work within an environment with deadlines while having to multi-task with changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate confidence in their knowledge and is committed to researching the answers and finding the right solution for things they do not know.
