Part-Time Housekeeper

Henry Family Ranch LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring all assigned areas of the residence and surrounding facilities are clean, organized, and well maintained. This role includes routine housekeeping duties as well as occasional deep-cleaning and organization projects, such as closets, storage areas, and other special assignments.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the residence and other on-site structures.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and care for all flooring surfaces.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms.
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and household surfaces.
• Properly clean and care for upholstered furniture.
• Perform heavy cleaning tasks, including interior windows and seasonal deep cleaning.
• Complete laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing.
• Organize closets, cabinets, and other household spaces as assigned.
• Clean spills using appropriate methods and equipment.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Report maintenance issues or repairs that require attention.
• Follow safe cleaning practices and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform additional housekeeping duties and special projects as assigned.

• Previous professional housekeeping experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and proper care for a variety of household surfaces and materials.
• Experience with laundry care, fabric handling, and household organization.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and basic household maintenance tasks.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact respectfully with family members and guests.
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
