Fort Point Hen House is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee site-wide maintenance at our production facilities. You will lead preventative and corrective maintenance on brewery equipment, manage parts inventory, and keep CMMS up-to-date while driving safety and quality improvements.
The role requires 3+ years in production/maintenance, 2+ years of people management, and strong technical skills in mechanical systems, HVAC, pneumatics, and electrical work.
