Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Stanco - Maintenance to join their teamyou will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance
Location: Santa Teresa, NM
Pay Range:
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 11:00pm with OT
What's the Job?- Perform routine maintenance on metal stamping, laser, turret, and paint line equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing machinery to minimize downtime
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
