You will supervise the Facilities Lead and coordinate electricians and technicians to uphold safety, compliance, and site upkeep NM-wide.
You will manage CMMS records, use MS Office daily, and drive preventive maintenance, audits, and safety initiatives. Strong leadership and 4+ years in facilities required.
