Facilities Associate
The Warbler is a new 58-room boutique hotel opening on New Orleans' historic St. Charles Avenue, home to Mildred's Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. We're hiring a Facilities Associate to help keep the property running ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Chief Engineer.
What You'll Do- Perform general repairs — plumbing, PTAC units, furniture, fixtures, electronic locks, painting, and carpentry
- Complete routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance on hotel machinery
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and courteously
- Care for the hotel's grounds and pool, including daily chemical checks
- Communicate promptly with Guest Services and Housekeeping on room readiness
- Minimum one year of general building maintenance experience or equivalent trade profession experience
- Vocational school certification preferred
- Hotel or boutique/lifestyle property experience is a plus
- Comfort with physical work: walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be legally authorized to work in the United States
$19.00 per hour | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) | New Orleans, LA
