About The Position As

at Office Pride, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring that our clients' facilities remain clean, organized, and well-maintained. Your work will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and creating a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and break areas.
• Empty trash bins and handle recycling responsibly.
• Clean desks, furniture, doors, interior windows, and other surfaces.
• Restock paper towels, soap, and other supplies as needed.
• Keep hallways, entrances, and common areas clean.
• Report any maintenance issues or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and company safety policies.
• Represent Office Pride professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning or concierge work is preferred but not necessary. We offer training.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift objects, and climb stairs when necessary.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and own transportation.

Job Details

New Port Richey and nearby areas.

Monday to Friday, starting approximately at 5:30 p.m.

Approximately 12-15 hours per week, with the possibility of earning overtime.

• $15 per hour to start.
• $16 per hour after successfully completing the probationary period.
