OverviewThe Senior Technician, Maintenance ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant and facility equipment by performing advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. This role supports production continuity and contributes to continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset reliability.
- Conduct plant rounds, inspections, and operational checks (e.g., water treatment, refrigeration systems).
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts usage and maintenance activities in CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
Salary $ per hour.
