As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to reliability, uptime and quality of product. You will:

• Demonstrate safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self and others
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and determine root causes of failures and eliminate equipment problems
• Analyze maintenance and equipment performance data to identify and implement means for improving reliability, uptime and quality
• Understand electrical power distribution system components and their design limitations
• Read and apply information from engineering drawings and manuals using both US customary and SI units

Minimum qualifications:

• Possess or in the last six months of obtaining a two-year technical degree in maintenance or electro-mechanical field
• OR high school diploma/GED with five or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:

• Two-year degree in Mechatronics, Systems Controls, Fluid Power, or related field with five years of maintenance experience
• Strong multi-craft aptitude in a manufacturing environment
• Problem solving and analytical thinking
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift/carry heavy materials
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from SOPs, safety rules and coaching
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required

• The starting rate of pay is $36.32 with potential to reach $40.35

• Travel may include up to 5% domestically
