Facilities Manager

About the Role:

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a leading global manufacturer operating a production facility in Cumberland, WI. In this leadership role, you will oversee facility operations, maintenance programs, vendor partnerships, capital projects, and workplace safety initiatives while leading a team dedicated to delivering operational excellence. Based on-site, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑performing manufacturing environment.

• Lead and develop a facilities team responsible for daily building operations, maintenance, and workplace services.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance activities with technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Build strong client partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor on facility performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage operating budgets, capital projects, forecasting, and variance reporting to support business objectives.
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, and building performance.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract performance, procurement activities, and invoicing processes.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence while modeling CBRE's RISE values.
