City of New Ulm is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance for residential properties. You will prepare units for new residents, handle minor electrical and plumbing repairs, monitor systems, and assist with building support. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.
– 1:00 p.m., totaling 20–25 hours weekly. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of custodial/building maintenance experience.
