Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the maintenance and safety of process and facility equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Maintain and repair process and facility equipment to ensure optimal uptime and performance.

Follow work orders and tasks to support the effectiveness of the maintenance program.

Observe and operate equipment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with SHE, OSHA, and other relevant standards.

Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment maintenance and safety protocols.

Ability to work on and observe operating equipment effectively.

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Willingness to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.

Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks as required.

No prior experience required; open to candidates with a willingness to learn.
