Responsibilities:

As a porter, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning common areas.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
• Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a managers attention.
• Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
• Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
• Working the service elevator.
• Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal)

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respond well to change.
• Can lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.

Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment is a plus. Must be available to work the following schedule:

2:45 p.m.

- 11:30 p.m.

Days off are to be determined.
