• Cleaning common areas.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
• Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager s attention.
• Ensuring adequate cleaning and repair supplies are available.
• Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
• Working the service elevator.
• Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal).

• Can lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.

If you meet these qualifications and have prior experience as a Porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment, you may be a great fit for this position. Must be available to work the following schedule: 2:45 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Days off are to be determined.

Pay ranges from $22.34 - $29.79 per hour depending on experience. There are also benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more.
