• Cleaning common areas.
• Taking out trash and recycling.
• Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
• Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager's attention.
• Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
• Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
• Working the service elevator.
• Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal).

• Take pride in cleaning and providing a safe environment.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Respond well to change.
• Can lift objects up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance.

Then You May Be a Great Fit For This Position! Prior Experience As a Porter In a Hotel Or Residential Environment Is a Plus.

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday 10:45 PM - 7:30 AM.

Pay ranges from $22.34 - $29.79 per hour depending on experience. There are also plenty of great benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more!
