A couple with demanding careers needs to hire a professional Housekeeper/House Manager who can take charge of the upkeep and maintenance of their apartments.

Responsibilities include:

Deep cleaning

Extensive organizing

Making beds and changing linens

Replenishing household supplies

Laundry and ironing

Organizing drop-off and pick-up of dry-cleaning

Shopping for groceries

Maintaining appliances

Supervising vendors and contractors

Pet care for two dogs (change water, let them out on a terrace, monitor their movements in the apartment)

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong house management abilities. Training will be provided. The schedule is:
Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm in the city and Monday-Wednesday living-in in Amenia, NY during the summer. Salary range: $40-45/hour and medical benefits after a trial period. Immediate start.
