Responsibilities- Must be able to paint, spackle, do light electrical such as changing switches, outlets, ballast and light plumbing repairs such as changing traps, faucets, and stoppers.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to work flexible shifts if needed.
