We're seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Cleaning Person to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for members and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, proactively identifies cleaning needs, and supports the studio in delivering a high‑quality fitness experience.

• Clean and sanitize all studio areas, including:
  • Workout areas and fitness equipment
  • Locker rooms, showers, and restrooms
  • Lobby, offices, and break areas
• Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, disinfectant wipes)
• Remove trash and clean bins daily
• Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Disinfect high‑touch surfaces frequently throughout shifts
• Monitor inventory and notify manager when supplies need reordering
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and cleaning protocols (including CDC guidelines for fitness centers)
• Support deep cleaning during non‑peak hours or as scheduled
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina and mobility (lift up to 30 lbs, bend, kneel, and be on feet for extended periods)
• Flexible schedule; available for early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts as needed

This role is primarily in a fitness studio setting where cleanliness and safety are critical. The Cleaning Person interacts with staff and occasionally members, so a positive and respectful demeanor is important.
