We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Part‑Time Maintenance Technician to assist with general maintenance and repair tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, dependable, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:- Perform basic maintenance and repair work
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Follow Company safety policies and procedures
- Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of tools and repair work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Pay: $17-19 per hour
