* What you will do:

*** Perform repairs and maintenance on motors, starters, breakers, chillers, and related equipment throughout the property.
* Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and all emergency situations (fires, power outages, etc.).
* Maintain clean and organized Engineering work areas, including stations, filters, drains, and grease traps.
* Troubleshoot and repair issues with laundry, kitchen, and spa equipment.
* Conduct preventative maintenance on hotel machinery, systems, and public areas.
* Assist with plumbing issues and general mechanical repairs across the building.
* Maintain accurate logs, meter readings, temperatures, and system pressures.
* Install, relocate, or adjust equipment as needed.
* Inspect mechanical rooms and participate in energy‑conservation efforts.
* Follow all Four Seasons work rules, safety procedures, payroll practices, and uniform standards.
* Work professionally and collaboratively with colleagues and provide guidance when needed.
* Report all accidents immediately and respond appropriately to all safety situations.
* Perform additional tasks and projects assigned by Engineering leadership.

** Compensation:**$40.51 - $54.01 hourly
