Part-Time Custodian

Description

This position is approximately 20-25 hours per week performing a variety of duties to maintain the Bank's buildings and grounds. Hours are approximately 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Applicant must pass a background check and credit check.

• Perform various cleaning and maintenance activities, including sweeping and mopping floor surfaces, vacuuming carpeted areas, and dusting lobbies, office spaces, employee lounges, and conference rooms
• Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors; restock restroom supplies as needed
• Remove trash and recycling; dispose of trash and recycling in designated locations

• Working knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment and able to carry out acceptable cleaning methods per CDC guidelines
• Able to work efficiently and productively on your own
• Able to perform physically demanding labor including, but not limited to, lifting or carrying heavy objects up to fifty pounds, standing, bending, walking, climbing, reaching, and repetitive motions
