To perform predictive and preventative maintenance functions involving the Fire Protection Equipment. Ensure proper documentation of all required maintenance actions required by governmental and LP Policies.

• Schedule and perform predictive and preventative fire system maintenance functions as outlined in the LP Fire Protection Technician Duties work sheet (039-FORM-MTN-017).
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

• Demonstrated self motivated skills.
• Knowledge of Fire Equipment upkeep and inspection techniques.
• Expert knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools.
• Computer skills to support report and scheduling requirements for compliance requirements.
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management, organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fire fighting experience a plus.

• Experience preferred.
