- General cleaning duties:
This includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, washing, wiping off, hosing down, use of compressed air, vacuuming, and laundry - Ability to follow set sanitation procedures, schedules and document accordingly
- May be required to fill in for other sanitation personnel due to vacations, absences, etc
- Will be required to be a member of Blood-Bourne Pathogen team
- Ability to read instructions and follow all safety procedures/MSDS Sheets when working with cleaning chemicals
- Other duties include; cleaning sinks throughout facility, collecting/dumping garbage from restrooms and offices, restocking soap and paper towel dispensers and weekly cleaning of wash pits
- Responsible for cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen and disposal of trash
- Keeps storage shelves and stockrooms clean, organized with items properly stored and rotated when deliveries are made
- Will be required to run Zamboni floor scrubbing machine
Paid Bereavement Days; Shift Differential
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to read and follow directions
- Able to follow departmental policies and procedures
$18.30/hr (start rate) to $20.10/hr (full rate)+SD
