The Afternoon Hospitality Team of Volunteers helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all event attendees. This role supports food and beverage setup, maintains clean and accessible shared spaces throughout the event, and assists with closing responsibilities to ensure a smooth wrap-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food and beverage setup for guests, volunteers, and speakers
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and accessibility of shared spaces
- Monitor supplies and communicate any needs to event leads
- Assist with teardown, packing, and site restoration after the event
- Support a smooth and organized close to the event day
