We are seeking a dynamic member to join our management team!
About the Role:We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee all maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations within our facility. This is a key role where your expertise and leadership will directly impact the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents.
What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience in hands‑on maintenance
- Skilled in managing and organizing maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry services
- SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience is required
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and strong leadership skills
