Nordstrom - - Responsibilities:
Lead and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, vertical transportation, building systems and related equipment; respond to break-fix requests and perform advanced troubleshooting.;
Mentor Maintenance Technician I and II and delegate work orders; communicate with store leadership and coordinate with vendors/contractors.;
Assist Facility Manager by attending meetings and helping manage supplier relationships; document outcomes and maintain proper records.
