OverviewThe Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building and its grounds.
Responsibilities- Maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for clients, staff, and public
- Communicating information in response to inquiries
- Providing equipment and furniture arrangements for meetings, clinical activities, and events
- Maintaining facilities to minimize facility deterioration and damage
- Responsible for the safe and orderly operation of the facilities.
- Participate in monthly inspections to ensure compliance with requirements, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of the facility.
- Ensure that the facility is clean and always maintained.
- Strongly and enthusiastically support and participate in advocacy and direct action to end the twin crises of AIDS and homelessness.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- S95 to be obtained in first 90 days of employment.
- Basic emailing knowledge.
