Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Maintain assigned area in a clean and safe condition by performing cleaning duties such as bathrooms, showers, kitchens, and apartments; vacuuming; dusting, polishing, and washing windows, walls, and woodwork; removing trash and recyclables; stripping and refitting floors; extraction cleaning of carpets; cleaning common areas and other assigned tasks.
• Carry out duties in compliance with safety protocols and report maintenance and safety items to the facilities office.
• Assist with moves and deliveries; set up for special events and office moves.
• Maintain cleanliness of the immediate outdoor perimeter of assigned building(s).
• Work well with colleagues in a team‑oriented system and maintain flexibility to handle diverse job assignments.

• Capable of working collegially with a diverse group of students, faculty, staff, and visitors on a daily basis.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to handle heavy equipment such as industrial vacuum cleaners and containers such as trash bags and cans.
• Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.

A valid driver’s license, in accordance with the University’s motor vehicle policy, is preferred for other job‑related duties.
