Warehouse Janitorial Associate

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for a Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member. This role is essential to maintaining safe, clean work spaces in our warehouse and facility settings.

This position is a full-time, permanent role with days/nights varying, including weekends. The candidate must be ready to work shift schedules that may include early mornings, late evenings, and overnight hours.

This role involves a range of janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms, break areas, office areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, ensuring walkways are clean and tidy at all times, cleaning totes and other items, and performing deep cleaning as needed. All duties are performed in designated work areas assigned at the beginning of each shift. The candidate must follow all safety and quality standards and complete required training and timekeeping using the KBSPresence app.

• Mon - Wed 6:00 – 5:00 pm
• Wed - Sat 7:00 pm – 6:00 am

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
• Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
• Clean totes and other items
• Some deep cleaning, as needed
• Follow all safety and quality standards

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)

Starting Pay: $17.0 per hour
