Maintenance

The General Utility Worker provides essential support across daily operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic tasks, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. This role is responsible for a variety of duties including cleaning, stocking, light maintenance, and supporting team members as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including floors, equipment, restrooms, and common spaces
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Assist with setup and breakdown of workstations, events, or service areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment (if applicable to the environment)
• Stock and replenish supplies, materials, and inventory as needed
• Support basic maintenance tasks such as light repairs or reporting maintenance issues
• Operate basic equipment (e.g., cleaning machines, carts, or small tools) safely
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Assist team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment
• All other duties as may be assigned

• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day with frequent bending, twisting and squatting movements and lift up to 50 pounds

High school diploma or equivalent
