Bicycle Mechanic

Workster is partnering with a rapidly growing e-mobility startup to recruit Bike Mechanics for their workshop in Brooklyn, New York.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full repair and refurbishment process of e-bikes
, ensuring they are delivered to customers in excellent condition. You will work with a variety of e-bike models in a well-equipped workshop, contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

• Diagnose, repair, and refurbish e-bikes, including:
  Battery systems, Head units, Drive units, Lighting systems, Electronic sensors, All mechanical bicycle component
• Prepare e-bikes for delivery and maintain the existing fleet in optimal conditio
• Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality and e-bike condition
• Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse operations and workfl
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety in all repair task
