Duties

• Cleaning & Aesthetics:
  Maintain all interior and exterior spaces, including classrooms, offices, and hallways.
• Daily Reset:
  Replenish consumables and perform deep cleaning (mopping, trash removal, sanitizing) outside of school hours.
• Facility Security:
  Execute nightly closing procedures, including securing doors and setting alarms.
• Light Maintenance:
  Handle furniture assembly, minor repairs, and inventory organization.
• Collaboration:
  
  Respond to immediate needs via Walkie Talkie and support the Manager of Operations & Facilities.

• Experience:
  
  Previous custodial or facilities experience preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to lift 75 lbs, multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and work independently.
• Demeanor:
  Professional, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a school setting with adolescents.
• Requirements:
  Must pass a state‑required criminal background check.

• Hours:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 12:30pm - 9:30pm.

Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 per year
