Housekeeper​/Porter​/Matron

Our client, a talent agency, is seeking a temp Housekeeper/Porter/Matron for their New York office. The role is on-site, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch. The pay rate for this role is $22/hr.

  Conference room cleaning to include, but not limited to – dusting, vacuuming, furniture cleaning and organization of cabinet
• sStock all pantries and kitchen with all necessary supplie
• sInventory all pantry supplies in the supply closet
• sGeneral office cleaning to include:
  Kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, offices, mopping floors, dusting, loading/unloading dishwashers, cleaning glass doors and walls in receptio
• nClean the inside of the refrigerator on a weekly basi
• sResponsible for special cleaning and facilities projects to include: clean all glass walls/ doors in offices, clean all workstation fronts, spot cleaning of carpets, changing lights and furniture cleanin
• gNotify manager of any broken items or damages in the office (e.g., light bulbs in the bathroom that need to be changed, broken cabinets, unfunctional water dispenser, etc.)
• )Polish all brass stair rails/ door rail
• sAdhere to established Facility policies and procedures, including safe working practice
• sMaintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearanc
• eAssist and cooperate with co-workers regarding duties, work methods and routine
