Cleaner - Part Time

Our commercial clients include a diverse group of building owners, property managers, developers, and facility managers, all of whom rely on our expertise to maintain and enhance their properties. On the residential side, we proudly serve property managers of apartment complexes, gated communities, homeowner associations (HOAs), condominiums, and cooperatives, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service tailored to their unique needs.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Daily/Nightly Cleaning Services Floors

• Sweeping, dust mopping, and mopping of all hard surface flooring in classrooms, hallways, offices, common areas, and stairwells.
• Vacuuming all rugs, carpeted floors, and walk-off mats.
• Spot cleaning floors (e.g., in cafeterias) and marks on walls/floors.

Surfaces and Trash

• Emptying all waste and recycling receptacles, replacing liners, and removing waste to the designated area for disposal.
• Dusting and wiping down all accessible horizontal surfaces below 6 ft, including desks, tables, shelves, counters, and windowsills.
• Wiping clean and sanitizing cleared desks, tables, and countertops.
• Cleaning whiteboards and chalkboards if present.

High-Touch Point Sanitization

• Cleaning and sanitizing all high-touch areas daily using disinfectant solution, including doorknobs, light switches, handrails, elevator buttons, phones, and keyboards.
• Wiping cleaning door and vestibule glass, and spot cleaning glass tabletops.

Restrooms

• Cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and faucets).
• Washing and disinfecting both sides of toilet seats.
• Damp wiping and disinfecting all partitions, tile walls, and exterior doors/frames.
• Sweeping and mopping floors with disinfectant.
• Emptying and thoroughly cleaning all waste paper and sanitary waste receptacles.
• Replenishing hand soap, toilet tissue, and hand towels.

Cafeteria and Offices

• Cleaning and disinfecting all tables, chairs, and benches.
• Cleaning serving lines, counters, and tray return areas.
• In offices, vacuuming or mopping floors and dusting horizontal surfaces.
