Duration: 6 Months Contract with a possible extension
SummaryAssist with the daily operations and maintenance of the organization's physical workspace, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, furniture setup, and equipment check.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, HVAC, electrical, and security service.
- Support office moves, workspace reconfigurations, and supply inventory management.
- Monitor facility systems and report issues to management or contractors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist during emergency procedures or drills.
- Maintain logs, schedules, and records related to facility operation.
- Experience in building maintenance, facilities support, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or custodial procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to lift and move furniture or equipment.
